Carland

This is the 2nd time in 4 years I have purchased a car at Carland.Again they went above and beyond to get me a car at a payment that was affordable.The thing that set them apart is when you drive off in a car you are really approved and own the car.My family has bought many cars at other dealership and it always the same story.Take the car home and they call you in a few weeks and want more down ,higher payment ,switch cars or just take the car back and keep your down payment.Carland doesn't play that game.When you drive home you have nothing to worry about you really just bought a car and you don't have to be stressed out about the dealership playing games in a few weeks

The best car buying experience I EVER had! Me and my wife went to ever dealer in town.They were all nice until they ran my credit.Then the game began.I told them all about it ahead of time so I don`t understand why they would treat me so bad?One dealer even said I was approved and let me take the car home. 51 days later they took the car back and kept my down payment and made me and my son walk home.So I see Carland on craiglist and call them.I tell them the whole story and did a credit online.Matt calls me and said I was approved.I have heard that before.So I went down there and an hour later I was driving home in a nicer car at a lower payment than was just taken from me at the other store.Thinking they were gonna call me and tell me to bring it back like all the other guy.But not at Carland.Got a call from the bank and then Matt a day later telling me my plates are being processed .Wow if I only went to Carland first it would of saved me weeks of stress.Thanks for treating me with respect and helping my family at a tough time in my life.

The best car buying experience I have ever had at a dealer. Matt is direct and just awesome and sold me the car I wanted at a good price in my budget. I could not get approved at any dealership went to over 10.When I entered Carland they showed me respect and cared about my needs unlike all the big dealers I was at for the last week .Matt said I have a car to show you.In my mind I thought he was going to show me a junker like everyone else but no he pulled up a BMW ???Then I thought they would need big money down or a $400 payment. No they did not do that.I went home in my new BMW with Low down and a $329 payment.WOW. Should of went here first.

I had very bad credit.No one wanted to help me.Went to Carland and not only did they treat me with respect,they sold me a car I am proud to drive at a payment I could afford.

This is my 2nd review on them.I bought a car over a month ago.I had my brother do an oil change on the car because I drive over 100 miles a day, after he got done the car was running very bad.He could not get it fixed.I called Carland upset because I am a single mom and need my car .Thank god for these guys.Not only did the tow it to the service center , they fixed it and had it running great again in 5 hours.When I went to pick it up , I asked about the bill?Having it towed down there and fixed , I figured it was gonna be $300-500 .They gave me a bill with ZERO owed.They took car of everything even after I put over 3000 miles on it.GOD BLESS the great people at Carland.....

SCAMMERS!!!! AVOID CARLAND!!!! If you want to pay cash instead of finance, they will do all they can to keep from selling the car to you. Responding to a Craiglist ad for a 2007 (listed as ’08 on their website) Mazda 3 that was posted as far back as 8/11/15, I called the number listed for Matt on 9/5/15. No answer, so I called the main line for the dealership and spoke to Ryan. He asked if I’d be paying cash or financing, and I told him cash. He said he’d have to check if they still had the car and would text or call me back. I never heard back. I texted Matt on 9/6. No answer. Called the dealership on 9/7 and spoke to Greg, who also asked if I’d be paying cash or financing. He put me on hold to see if they still had the car and came back on saying he didn’t think they had it anymore. After complaining that Ryan didn’t get back to me when he was supposed to, he put me on hold again to check with his assistant manager. He came back on and said that yes, the car was sold, and that a sale had been in the works when I’d been calling Ryan on 9/5 and so when the sale went through, he didn’t call me back. On 9/8 I had another person, a male, call the dealership. He spoke to Jeff and asked if the car was still there, and it WAS. They LIED to me about the car being sold when I told them I would be paying cash because they want to make more money off of people financing. This dealership is made of up of the kind of people who give car salespeople a bad name!!!!
