It's a scam! The interview was a joke. You'll be in there for less than five minutes where they will try to make the business seem legit. What you're really doing is selling perfumes out of a suitcase to businesses. They'll try to tell you that this is an entry-level management position where you're in charge of other people. The office is in a shoddy building in a run-down area of town. Then they have the couple of employees of the company write good reviews of this dump, so that they seem credible. Don't do this. Write more reviews about this place and warn people!

I did the training and got the keys to my office. Whenever I needed Alejandro and Erika, they were there for me. When I lost it all, they helped me to rebuild and get on my feet and stay there. Even if i wanted to fall they wont let me. They are the realist people I have ever met in my life. I ran my office for the company and about to open my 2nd office. It hurts my heart to see the things people say about such good people. If you need a opportunity come to them and they will show you the way.

I started their training program and decided that it just was not for me. I will not divulge any information about the company; only that it is a great opportunity for those who want to succeed in their lives. Thank you Erika and Alejandro for the opportunity and I wish you guys the best.

Growing to be my own boss.

I’ve been at many jobs where I was getting by, but wasn’t getting the growth that I wanted. I felt that there was a glass ceiling, that was as high as I was going to get. I wanted to find something that would allow for growth.

I took initiative and responded to the ad that said they were looking for entry level management. I was surprised at the speed of the process, from the interview to hire. By the time I got to the second interview which broke down what they did: They were a wholesale company dealing with rendition perfumes and colognes which give people the opportunity to do the same.

Now while they met my expectation of personal growth, I knew I had to put some work in. I had to humble myself and work my way up. I learned to how to market a product, and in turn train someone to do it. Now while learning something for yourself might be easy to some, what may be a challenge to many is teaching someone else. When it came time for me to start training others, I then realized that for me grow, I had to make sure that whoever I teach grows too. I was gradually given more responsibility like handling the administrative work which also involved bookkeeping.

I’ve seen how the branch managers work, they are firm, yet fair. I’ve learned to become solution-oriented. And that’s how I grew from start to finish.

Learning to lead my own way.

I applied to the ad not knowing exactly what I got myself into. But once I got in, I got something a little more than what I expected. I learned how to be a leader.

I was a little jaded at first when they said that they were going to make me into a boss. I mean, all the jobs I’ve been to, the boss for most part just barked out orders. Some were cool, others not so.

What I got out of this company was this: you become a leader. Now there’s a difference between being a leader vs just being a boss, which most people don’t pick up on, but you know which one is which without explanation.

I learned that being a leader, its not about what you do for yourself, its what they can teach others to do. Its about learning how to do something for yourself, then teaching someone else how to do it.

In order to be a good leader, I had to be a good follower. The branch managers don’t just give orders just for the sake of it. They are successful people for a reason. They too went through the same process, starting from the bottom all the way to a business owner.

I learned that being a leader also means having patience, giving yourself time to grow. My mentality has changed since I started this job, and realized that I never stop growing.

Synergy Expansion not gave me a shot to run my own business, but it has changed me as person, as clich as it sounds. First, my confidence went up. Before this I was a little shy and couldnt talk to people easily. I have a different outlook on things. I couldnt go back to the job mentality, after knowing and applying my potential. What I want to accomplish with this company is to accomplish financial stability, as well as getting recognition for my hard work. I hope to be my own boss, and call my own shots. I want to dictate what Im worth, how much I make. When people approach me with negativity and criticism I kill them kindness. They dont see the bigger picture. They dont know the opportunity like I do. My advice for people who are interested in applying is simple. Just do it, just apply. I will say that working to become your own boss takes hard work and discipline, but youll be better for it.

My first impressions of the office was that it was small considering it was a distribution center. I had speculated this was a mom and pop store. But when I saw the inside, it was more welcoming. This is what an office should look like. When I saw the branch manager , I saw someone who was sharp and professional, but warm and friendly at the same time. My first 1st interview was quick. They asked me direct questions, to the point When they called me for a 2nd interview, I was ecstatic. The branch manger, who did the 2nd interview looked put together. He was very direct and upfront about this business. I needed to have a good work ethic, be self motivated as being able to work with a team, both leader and follower. After 2nd interview I knew I was in. I felt rush of excitement and curious about what was going to happen next. The branch managers were honest and direct and about how this business works. At the end, I knew this was for me. I was in the right place.

Ever since I was young, Ive always wanted to start my own business but didn't know exactly how to go about it. This company gives you the chance to to run your own business with no investment, no need to buy the inventory and no need to push said inventory on loved ones. They train you from the bottom up, starting with the marketing, how to train and manage others, and how to manage the books. Once you're done, they will put you in a location that you'll be in charge of. What do they ask of you? You need to have a strong work ethic, be trainable and self motivated. The training takes care of the rest. Let's be honest here. Working for yourself, no matter what business you are in will prove to be challenging at the beginning. You will work harder than you ever have in your life. It takes dedication, sacrifice, and having a long term vision for success. But the rewards and end result are well worth it.

With tough economic times, I was willing to take anything. What I got was more than I expected. Instead of working at an average job, they are training me to run my own business from the ground up. Its hard work for sure, but they teach you everything, the sales and marketing of the product which happens to be cologne and perfume. They continue with teaching you how to train and manage others, crucial when running your own business. And finally they teach you the administrative work that goes into running an office, like inventory and accounting. Once you're done, you'll get keys to your own location. They didn't ask me for any money, buy the product, or push the product on my friends and family. I just had to be punctual, have a great work ethic, and be able to motivate yourself. Going into business for myself is one of the best decisions I've made. I recommend this to anyone wanting a chance to make it big, but need the tools for success.
