        I visited BPi off of Mohawk la...

        I visited BPi off of Mohawk lane and dealt with someone that acted like he had much better things to do with his time then provide even mediocre customer service. He assumed that he knew what I was talking about and clearly wasn't interested in hearing what I was looking for. Perhaps this company only values contractors as oppose to individuals. Basically this company needs to train their employees on how to listen to the customer and how to provide customer service. I don't recommend this place!
