American First Financial. I could not have asked for an easier process or a more friendly staff. It took just minutes to get approved over the phone and the locations are easily accessible. I was very hesitant on the process, however, once I dialed the number, I felt secure in my decision. They helped me out in an extremely difficult time of my life and were so understanding. After being laid off, I was finding it hard to keep up with the household bills. I was leary of doing a title loan, having gone to a few places and not getting the service or respect I thought I would get, but the moment I walked in the door of American First Financial I was welcomed by the cute office girls and offered a glass of water (it was very hot out). The girls explained everything I was signing in plain english and were very understanding. They explained all the different ways I could make payments, including online, but I always made sure to stop by the office and drop it off, just to see the girls. I paid off my loan in a matter of weeks, and I'm glad to know I still have a revolving line of credit with them.

I only borrowed a couple hundred dollars, and not only were the rates better than anywhere else I looked and the girls in the office were very cute and friendly and made sure I understood exactly what I was signing. I'm glad I took out this loan because now I know I have a revolving line of credit in case I have another emergency.
