Allstate Transmissions and Auto Repair blew me away! They have GREAT customer service and offer services that the other shops didn't. They even offered to take a look at my car at no charge to see what work may need to be done. Allstate has this thing called Vehicle Symptom Questionnaire. I've never seen this before. It's great. I was very comfortable knowing that they were not out to screw me over like other shops I have been to. I have never had a negative experience with them before and will be using them for all of my automotive needs. If you need any transmission work or auto repair, Allstate is the BEST place to go!!!

I was traveling back home to Coupeville, Wa. from Austin, Tx. when I started having transmission problems. I did a Google search on my phone for good transmission shops in Phoenix and Allstate transmission and auto repair showed up as the highest ranked shop in all of Arizona. Being from out of state I took the advise of all the recommendations, and I'm glad I did. Mitch at Allstate transmission was great to work with. The cost to fix my transmission was under $1,000 and he made sure they got my car fixed quick since I was staying in a hotel, they dropped me off and picked me up the next day when it was done. Great customer service! I'm back in Coupeville (N.E. of Seatlle) now, and my transmission works great, absolutely no problems. My thanks to Allstate transmission & auto repair for a great job!

Though the shop and employees are respectful and courteous my vehicle is now being towed into the shop for the 4th time. The last repair has lasted almost a week. I would like to give a 5 star rating but I am waiting to see if the vehicle ever gets fixed. Every morning I am afraid to look under the car for fear I will find yet another puddle of transmission fluid and another late day of getting to work.

I'm very sorry for inconveniencing you Gary, It's been 3yrs now and I still remember your Volvo and the problem we had trying to repair your leak. Also, I still remember your patients with us, and I appreciate you for that, I know it was very frustrating. I'm proud to say, that problems like this are very seldom, but when they do occur we make sure the vehicle gets our highest priority and focus. Although there may be a reason, it doesn't excuse the fact that a vehicle is not repaired correctly the first time. Again, I apologize and thank you for your patience, Jeff
I purchased a special towing transmission over the internet out of Florida to increase the towing capacity of my truck. I asked Allstate Transmission Service to remove my old transmission and send it to Florida as a core. They were happy to accomodate my request and had it shipped out within a few days. Then the Florida deal fell through and I was unable to contact anyone from that internet company, no new transmission, no core, and no way to recover the loss. Allstate was very helpfull and willing to babysit my truck as I tried to recover my lost money and old transmission. After nearly two months of calling and working with the Florida Police, as well as the local police department I realized I was going to have to accept my loss and start all over again. Allstate Transmissions found me a new core and rebuilt it to the specifications that I was hoping to get from the Florida Scam Shop. My truck is my baby and Allstate kept it inside out of the weather and safe for the entire time that all this recovery effort was going on. I picked her up today, the new transmission installed and working like a charm, and drove her home. I am very pleased and greatful to Mitch and all the people there who were a part of making a bad situation turn into a good one. Thank you all very much, John...

I found Allstate Transmission and Auto Repair through the Phoenix NAPA Car Care Center site. I’ve always had my cars repaired at NAPA centers because of the nation wide warranty they have. I was very impressed with Allstate, the whole shop was clean and neat and the customer service was outstanding. Nicole and Mitch were very help full and professional. My radiator was leaking and had to be replaced. They took me to work and picked me up after work – best service I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this shop.

I took my car to Allstate Transmission & Auto Repair for a symptom I thought was a transmission issue. They checked the transmission and discovered that it was actually a mechanical issue. Lucky for me, they have a mechanical side in their shop as well. They got it diagnosed as an ignition coil failure and I gave them the ok to replace. They were quick and prompt and didn't sell me anything I didn't need.
This shop has been in business a lot longer than Since 2007 (but not at this location). I have known them maybe ten years and I'll tell you - when I need reliable transmission work this is where I go. They charge a fair price and they stand behind their work. Yes, I sometimes take my car to Jiffy Lube or AAMCO for a tranny service but, if I need REAL transmission work (rebuild or repair main seal) I go here FOR SURE. Of course, they do regular tranny service, too!
They will honor their workmanship - period - and you will not get a better price. They do great work and the price is the best in town for a reliable established company. Times a tough, he will do it right....
