Alba, Ramon R, DO

Dr. Alba is a great doctor. He has been my dr for 10+ years. My experience today was the worse ever! My appointment was at 11:40am, i got there at 11:20am but the lady said that because i was a “new patient” I was supposed to be there 30 min early. I explained I was not new plus everything was filled out online, but that was not enough. Then she has the nerve to ask if I wanted to re-schedule. Hell no! I told her I would never come back! Super disappointed. I lost a good Doctor but i could not believe it she would not ever ask for an exception or to review my file. And yes the lobby was empty, I was the only one there. I guess she did not want to be late for lunch!
