If I could give a zero star I would!! I have recently rescued a 10-year-old German Shepherd so knowing nothing about her I wanted to call around for pricing... not only was the man who answered the phone rude giving me 500-$1000 prices for routine bloodwork, But had the audacity to go so are you making an appointment or not when I said Sir “I’m pricing this out because she has an older dog” he abruptly laughed and hung up on me!!! That was probably the most heartbreaking thing I’ve ever experienced knowing that I’m trying to save a dog they (he) just brush me off not caring because I was just “pricing out” what this Beautiful 10-year-old German Shepherd needed!!!! Clearly they are just in it for the money and not for actually caring for your dog!!!! I will make sure it’s know how you treat potential clients!!!! Absolutely Horrible :(
