Awful. Just awful. I was just looking for somewhere decent, nothing fancy. This company can't seem to get anything right, from keeping up with maintenance, answering phone calls, their own bookkeeping. Not to mention the roach and mice infestation. I am counting down the months on my lease.



Also, I love all the obviously fake reviews on this site and other sites. Instead of making multiple accounts to write exaggerate reviews within days of one another, you could take the time to improve your management.

Easy to find location. Put me in great distance from job and also, they provide quality customer service.

Hands down the best experience I have had renting and the lighting/window in the apartment is amazing. It felt more like the reception at a bed and breakfast than an apartment rental agency.

Mice, bedbugs, flooding, dirty disgusting common areas, laundry rooms are a joke. I didn't see one person cleaning, one time while being there. YOU WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NEGLECTED BY ANY AND ALL STAFF/ OWNERS, AND YOUR INQUIRIES WILL GO UNANSWERED. Extremely rude staff. You will also pay out of your own pocket to pay for plumbing issues, rodent infestation, etc. Oh and they will keep your deposit money for things they shouldn't.



I could go on for days ranting, let's just say if you want an absolutely miserable experience, than rent from Woodward Properties. Also if you want to become physically ill, look up the owner Kathy Woodward in Philly magazine where she is just so distraught because she can't fit all her Louboutin heels in her giant walk-in! Please don't give these people your money!!!!

DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! I've lived at Ridgeway Ct for a year. You'll regret doing business with these people. They care about nothing but money. Try calling - they literally NEVER answer the phone. Try leaving a message - good luck with that. The office on City Line Ave? You'll NEVER get in. The lobby has a security door you can't get through, even if you do their office has another security door you'll NEVER get through. They're rude, angry and completely lacking professionalism. Parking is a nightmare. People who don't live here park their cars and leave them for days. Flat tires, expired tags/inspection - zero enforcement. Roaches & mice in every building despite monthly "exterminator" service. Everyone has to use sprays & traps or the vermin would take over. For the rent they charge you get zero customer service. It's a shame, the property is in a lovely location. The maintenance guys have always been great but they're so overworked & very likely underpaid, it takes them a while to address even basic issues. The staff changes so often you don't know who works here. High employee turnover is a huge indicator of a bad business. Woodward is a lousy company.
