This company arrived right on time, quickly packed us up including all the kitchen and wardrobe stuff. Unpacking and reassembly was quick too. They made it really smooth for us. They came back to return us some towels that were left in their truck that we forgot to check. Professional and dedicated guys. Overall an awesome and wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them.

Booked the move from PA to NJ with Taylor, very communicative and responsive. The guys showed up exactly when they told me they would. All 3 of them were very professional. They made sure that all furniture were protected and moved very quickly. The unload was more difficult as they had to move boxes and furniture up three floors but they did a great job of getting everything where it was supposed to go.

This is one of the best moving companies that I have ever had and will highly recommend them to anyone!

Our movers were professional and courteous. The team worked together and was able to complete the entire move in 4 hours, including the load and unload. Our office building was never damaged and all of our belongings were unpacked safely. Never have I encountered such professionals; from the moment I called in for a quote to the team packing up their belongings to leave, I was impressed. The men sent to help us out were very friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. After watching a few minutes I realized I didn't have to be nervous about them breaking anything or scratching anything. I'll be using their free storage that was offered to us for 30 days until our move in date. They really were professionals. 100% satisfied!

These guys are awesome! They knocked my whole move out in a little over 3 hours. They were fast, careful and pleasant to chat with. They hustled the whole time and had fun while doing it. I have used several movers for both work and personal life and would highly recommend these guys over the others I've used.

I would definitely recommend Universal Moving Services. I had a complicated move and was not looking forward to any drama. I had to quickly move my things out of my 3 bedroom home and into storage for 2 weeks before moving into my new home. Most of my belongings were fairly new and included a 50 inch flat screen TV. I was nervous about the possibility of my furniture being damaged or lost, but after speaking with Taylor, I felt a wonderful sense of relief. His detailed estimate really impressed me. Other moving companies gave me very low estimates in order to get my business but I soon realized that they were not being honest with me about the potential cost of my move. After reading the reviews about these other moving companies, I found out that their plan was to load my belongings onto their truck then they would reveal the real price of the move which I would be forced to pay in order to have my belongings returned to me! Thanks for sending over a wonderful group of guys! They were professional and courteous. They showed up with smiles on their faces which immediately put me at ease. They walked me through their process and let me know step by step what would happen. Everything went smoothly! The crew came out to move our family today and we have nothing but great things to say about them! They showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got right to work. They stacked everything perfectly in the truck and we were able to get so much more moved than we originally thought. Not only were they great at their job but they kept us laughing through the whole move. Three hours later and all of my furniture is moved from the old house and set up and placed in the new house.
