THE WORST EVER!!!!!! They always claim to have "attempted to deliver" your package & they dont. They never left a notice that theyre asking me to sign!! So in advance do no pay for express/2-day shipping they will waste your money due to lack of initiative to do what they are being PAID for ! Idk how they still have their jobs after the amount of complaints/reviews they have.

This is by far the worst post office in America. There is always a 45 minute wait minimum no matter what time of day you get there. Of course, it serves one of the poorest neighborhoods in the country....

I called to find out what happened to my package, was on hold for 45 minutes. Then called back and the manager Terrance answered the phone. I tried to explain the situation he kept cutting me off, he asked for a tracking number which I didn't have available at the time but I know first hand that the package was scanned and left at that location. Also, once the system said that it was scanned and there was a problem all of had to do was given them my name and address because packages are sorted by last number of your address. He was very rude and said we don't have nothing for you have a nice day then hung up. I called back several times before someone actually picked up then they took the time to locate my package. You never know who's on the other end of the that phone...........

Why the world does it take all day just to get mail delivered to houses in the 19132 section of the city? Not to mention, Mail be getting put in the wrong mail boxes. That's not cool if a person looking for a paycheck, Bill, letter or important documentation in the mail. ��������

The worst customer service. It's no coincidence that it's in a poor predominantly african American neighborhood. Can't get the services I need sometimes because of the workers poor attitude. That may not apply to all workers but most of the ones I've dealt with.
