Just a note of thanks for your office’s electronic submission of my (first) Delta Dental claim for reimbursement to me. I was pleasantly surprised when Rosemary said that she would process my claim electronically as a courtesy to me even though you are not a Delta participating dentist. I was even more surprised (shocked, to be blunt) to receive Delta’s reimbursement check in the mail only eleven days after the date of my appointment in your office. This speedy turnaround in claims processing will assuredly help cushion the financial impact of my company’s change of coverage from Prudential to Delta Dental

Thanks, too, to your remarkable team – especially Rosemary (who capably handled my early-morning “panic” call); Staci Ann (who permitted me to squeeze the blood out of her hand without wincing even once); and, of course, Jen, who always helps ease me through each session – “emergency” or not!
