We were so worried about the stains on our carpet that it won't come out and that we'll be wasting the cleaning money, but Jay assured us that he has the experience to care take of it, make us worry-free, and what he has to offere is the REAL DEAL. He was so right -- he knows what he was talking about. We became worry-free during the cleaning process, even before he was done with our carpet because he is very professional in what he does. He took time with it and it showed that he cares about the carpet. He's such a gentleman -- polite, friendly, and very respectful. After he was done I asked him for extra business cards so that I can recommend him to friends, families, anyone I come across. Needless to say that I would definitely recommend you to call him right now.
