This is one of our prideful assets in providing shared housing-- the environment within the home is quiet and calm. Our rooms are immaculately clean. You can kick back in you room in a cozy chair and watch TV or heat your food from your in room frig into microwave. Rent includes all utilities and Cable. FIRST MONTH RENT IS FREE!!!!!!

        Great place to start to live for anyone who is in transition in there life.The neighborhood is the hood the Home is located in the heart of North Philly .

        THE CONCERN IS THE INSIDE OF THE HOME THAT OFFERS LUXURY AND SAFETY AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE FOR AN SPACIOUS & CLEAN THAT IS FULLY FILLED WITH ALL TYPES OF ROOM AMENITIES THAT IS FIT FOR AN SINGLE PERSON THAT IS IN TRANSITION .

        IGNORE THE REVIEWS FROM HATERS WHO DONT FIT SAFEHAVEN HOMESLLC POLICY AND PURPOSE.

        i live there for two year yes ...

        i live there for two year yes it clean but there no heat in the winter. they give every one heater. the water presser suck. they raise the rent 2 time in 1 year when i live there.you live next to drug dealers. and the block is full of them. the people next store are all way in your business. dont park your car there you will be sorry. and if that not the wrost the people next store have pitt bull in there back yard. if it not the barking it will be the fighting. iam was so happy when i move. IT NOT SAFE! IT NOT A HAVEN! AND DONT CALL IT HOME! o by the way in the winter the hallway and bathroom are ice cold. they put a heater in the bathroom but come on for what your paying for a room that crazy. and for the two years i was there they never shovel the walk. but if you like living like that then go 4 it. they do have a frigde and mic wave and you can cook in your room. the people who live there are quiet. but every thing else trashes the good things about this place.
