Practical Bodywork offers integrated massage therapy in 60 and 90-minute sessions. Each session includes time for assessment, aromatherapy and a shea butter foot treatment. We also provide wellness workshops for groups, which may include an introduction to massage, basic nutrition, health and weight loss coaching.
