Completely unreliable. Made a total of 6 appointments, they missed every single one. Every time except two, they didn't even bother to call and say why they hadn't come out. Whenever I called, no one had any idea what was going on. In the meantime, I have a terrible leak which is causing more and more damage every time it rains. If they are this unreliable about just showing up, I would not trust them with anything else including quality of work, payment, etc. I have never written a review about a company before but this experience was so bad, I had to.

They do what they want on their schedule not yours. I had a simple job for them to do, signed contract. They came to my house the first time and tried to say the contract did not say what I was asking them to do. Just ignored it even when I pointed out what it said in the contract. They refused to caulk and cement the area it said on the contract. I called them and complained that they didn't do what was in the contract. They came out a second time, put some cement in random spots said I didn't need fabric although it was checked off on the contract, but walked all on the wet silver coating so it looked horrible. I told them I was not going to give them the remaining balance because it looked a mess. They didn't call or come for days then out of nowhere they come on a Monday when I am taking my kid to school. They asked for the balance I say my roof looks a mess. They recoat it, but when I came back were gone. A week later, I get a nasty call from Tim asking for his money. He's screaming and yelling, he's saying he had to pay his guys twice (well duh they messed up). I told him I have the money just come and get it although your guys were a mess. Very rude and unprofessional.

I had to have the whole entire back side of my house and roof replaced due to major water damage inside the walls. The guys are very processional and a bunch of sweethearts. The prices are very reasonable. They did a great job on my house with electrical, drywall, windows, doors, wood frames, siding and roofing.



I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be calling on them in the future. Thank you Platinum!

I would highly recommend Platinum Roofing! I thought the process was going to be really rough. I am a single mom who thought I was going to come across a bunch of roofers that were going to try to "rob" me of my money and then hope that the job was done correctly. I called Platinum, they were very professional and friendly. I had someone at my house the next day to give me an estimate. Everything that was going to be done was explained to me in full details and in terms that I could understand. The job was done at a very fair price, all debris was cleaned up and removed. I know that I picked the right company to do my job, I hope you do too! Thanks Platinum!
