Piazza Honda of Philadelphia

The finance manager worked hard with me to get approved for the vehicle. Ross, the general sales manager was very nice too! A co-worker referred me to Piazza Honda of Philadelphia and I am glad they did. I will highly recommend Piazza!!

Overall, I have to say that my experience at Piazza Honda was excellent. I was very impressed with driving into a covered garage area. Being greeted by someone who wrote up the information for my visit and then being able to go right in to see a service advisor. I was also surprised by the short length of time it took for the repair. The waiting room was comfortable with a very pleasant atmosphere.

Marc Ferris in service was excellent. Marc is the main reason that I have been a repear customer of Piazza Honda of Philadelphia for 6 years. The sales manager was excellent as well.

It was very easy. They had wi-fi while I waited. It was done within half an hour.

I have owned 4 Hondas in my life. 2 used and 2 new. The majority of the time all 4 of these cars were serviced at Piazza Honda of Philadelphia and I will continue to service my cars there. The staff is very friendly and nice and the waiting area is comfortable. My service advisor, Christopher Calcia, is a great guy. In the past with my previous cars when it was being repaired,there were issues that I didn't understand, so he would physically show me the problem part and explain to me how it works and why the fix is needed. I really appreciate that since I can see if a part of my car is broken/damaged instead of taking someone's word for it. Overall, Piazza Honda of Philadelphia is top notch compared to other dealerships I went to in the past.

They are very friendly and prompt. They told me what was going on and what the extra charges were going to be. They knew my name when I walked in. It was familiar and a great experience.

it was because of everything they asked me. i bring my car in, and i am treated with respect. i don't wait very long. they offer me a ride home if i need it. if it is longer than i think it will be, they drive me home. if it is an oil change, it will be very quick. if it is like a tire rotation along with other services, which takes longer, they take me home. if i forgot my coupon, they always look on the computer, to find me one. they are awesome..

The service advisors get me finished quickly. They have been good to me at Piazza Honda of Philly. You are in and out pretty quickly. You always get a thank you from the service manager, Mike. He always wants to know if you are happy or have any concerns.

My first visit to Piazza Honda of Philadelphia was a successful one. I had everything done there. (new brakes, rotors, oil change, tires) It was a very good first experience.

Thank you to the service department for excellent service. My family and I were heading toward Philadelphia for a weekend trip from out of state on Labor Day weekend, when our Odyssey began shaking violently. We were able to make it to the service center in the late morning. Kiran and the two gentleman running the shuttle service were excellent. The Odyssey was diagnosed and repaired before the facility closed, thereby not stranding my family (including three children under five) in PA for multiple days. The shuttle drivers helped to load and unload the shuttle with multiple car seats and were friendly and thoughtful with the children. While this may seem like just good customer service, we appreciate it!
