        Overall

        Quick turn around and very good price for removing viruses from a laptop. My machine was really messed up. Called Philly Tech, they picked it up and brought it back fixed within a full day.

        I busted the monitor on my lap...

        I busted the monitor on my laptop last week. Dumb me, I dropped it. I thought it would be an easy do-it-yourself fix. I am a handy guy. I can install doors, windows and anything else so why not a little computer screen? Boy was I wrong. My wife made me stop after an hour of grunting and grumbling. She called a pro. Philly Tech is pretty close to the house so we thought we would give them a try.



        Good thing I did because not only did I order the wrong replacement screen, I had what seemed to be a million screws laying around. The owner find the correct screen online and when it arrived came over and installed in less than an hour.



        Keith, the owner is a gentleman and a true professional. He did not make me feel dumb for breaking my machine, trying to fix it or even ordering the wrong part. He did what anyone would want in that spot. Got everything back up running in the minimal amount of time possible.

        Very strong customer service. They came through in a time of need as my laptop was having serious problems. I was completely shut down by a virus. I called Philly Tech and two days later my machine was back with no more problems.
