Overall

Disgraceful!

This is possibly the worst regional office in the whole school district of Philadelphia. My son was repeatedly assaulted and bullied at the school he was attending and we were denied the ability to transfer out of the school even though there was plenty of time for the transfer to take place. The director, a Mr. Spencer, could have cared less about my son's well being and promised "he would do something about it" and in fact did absolutely nothing. A perfect example of everything that is wrong with the Philadelphia Public Schools. Disgraceful and shameful. Do stay as far away from this region as possible!
