Stumbled on this place looking for a place to eat before a Phillies game. While the service was just a hair slow for a not so busy Thursday night, it wasn't slow enough to complain about. I got the Wake and Bacon burger. If you're looking to speed up the possibility of a heart attack, this is your burger! A fried egg with bacon and cheese- very good. I like my burgers well done. They did it perfectly, giving it great flavor without ruining the meat or drying it out. My cousin got the turkey burger which he liked very much, and his step-father got the featured special chicken dinner which he liked a lot. Comfortable atmosphere for a pub-the bar and dining area are separated so it's not terribly noisy, and the prices were quite reasonable for a place in a high rent area. I also liked the fact that there's a SEPTA subway stop just outside the front door for the Broad St. line which we were able to hop right on to take it to the stadium! I look forward to going back.
