Initially contacted dealer about vehicle they had listed for sale.Their salesman Robert left me a voice mail which I haven't been able to respond to as of this writing due to me traveling out of the country. Will reach out to Robert this week now that I am back and see if we can do a deal.

bought a new car, dropped it off to be "detailed, engine and all, new cup holder, center consol lid & front light" as part of my deal so my car salesman says. 3 days later still no car. I call the rep says " its not ready yet bc we want it to be perfect" HA lies my car was dirtier than what i dropped off, a new cup holder but the old was ripped out, thrown on my floor, AWESOME. No explanation for why i was w.o a car for 3 days, attitude than was insulted when asked if i wanna sit 20 min while they "detail my car" after theyv had it for 3 days um... no i dont want your half *** detail job. The "owner says hey this isnt my problem but im trying to help you" not your problem? helping me would be having my car ready when i picked it up, not giving me attitide for your lack of service and lack of staff communication. noone was on the same page, it was a mess. I left beyond irritated, insulted ready to give my car back. what did they do with my car for 3 days tacked on 50 miles to my vehicle

We searched for two days straight for a vehicle traveling all over and this was our last stop. This dealer was absolutely amazing. They took care of everything in less than an hour and we were off the lot with our new vehicle! Highly recommended. Very professional.
