Oregon Auto Tags and Insurance

Absolutely Worthless !! I was told my license replacement would take 3-4 days and that they'd call. They never called. Today, THREE WEEKS and $40 later I went in. Guess what? No license, no refund, not a clue as to what they are doing. Avoid unless you have a taste for the surreal. (1 star because "0" isn't an option)

This is the worst auto Tag ever. First of All, this guy named Robert L Palumbo is really mean with customers and he doesn't know how to treat people politely. He, and it seems his team as well, promise of customers with things they can't do, such as the timing of the service they provide. When I went there to have my registration and auto tag done, he told me it takes a couple of days. I submitted my application on monday and he said it will be ready by friday. I waited 8 days from Monday to the following monday and when I went to pick up my tag and registration, he said that I will have to wait another week because for some reason the State of PA did not take the payment for the registration process. This is ridiculous. I went to another Auto tag office and I got everything done at the same day after paying $95.

When I asked for refund for my money, he refused to give me any refund after wasting my time, I don't recommend you to go there at all.
