McDonald's

Horrible slow service. I've gone there a few times early in the morning and they've said cash only. Okay, fortunately I had cash. I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg and a hash brown and it took them 20 minutes to make. This has happened on more than one occasion. I thought because it was in a better area the service would be better......false. This one makes the one on Cottoman Avenue seem great.

We were out of towners stopped to get food an use restrooms . Restrooms were unusable . Ordered two small items an waited fifteen minutes an it was the wrong items . Cold food an thier was over seven people working . Filthy counters an rude staff

Never receive the correct order.

After three visits they either........

forget to put something in the bag

make an erroneous sandwhich

give you someone elses order

Serve non-hot french frys that seem like they were cooked hours before.



Would be nice if they answered the phone when called. I am busy too!!!!

Visit one...

Ordered two quater pounders ketsup and onions only, NO CHEESE, ........received with cheese, frys cold!!!

Visit two...

Ordered chicken nuggets and two quater pounders large frys and drinks......

received not hot nuggets, they forgot sauce, quater pounders had dry rolls nearly stale, frys not hot!!!

Visit three...

ordered two double hamburgers ketsup and onions, no cheese and a fry....

received two regular hamburgers and the preverbial non hot frys!!!

This is the dinner hour. There were many cars in front of and behind me on each visit.
