Manayunk Garden Apartments

If you are considering living or even looking at these apartments, Don't. Management may be the most clueless inattentive staff ever assembled. The maintenance team/request process is a complete joke. Apartments are filled with Bugs and Mice. Not only did I leave the apt in better condition than it was, I haven't seen my deposit in over 2 months of moving out. Plenty of other places to rent in the area and trust me it's worth the extra money just not to live here.

I would not recommend this apartment complex at all. It isn't worth the price of the rent, it is very expensive to heat in the winter because the apartments are not well insulated. The mamagment is also trying to hold 150 of my security deposit for 3 verticle blinds that were not in the apartment when I moved in, and brought that fact to the attention of the property manager a few days after I moved in. Now 1 year later they are trying to keep my money. I would advise against renting here
