Maggie's Waterfront Cafe

I made reservations for my boyfriend's birthday 2 weeks in advance. On the day of the event, all of the guests arrived and we expected to be seated within 15 minutes. However, we were told that another party had been booked at the same time and we would have to wait. We waited past our reserved time of 6pm. I asked the waitress if our table was ready and was only told that other people were still eating and no table was available for us. I then asked for the manager, who told us not to expect to be seated until at least 7pm or later. With no other options and having to get the guest of honor there, I told the manager that I moving the party elsewhere and was told "you have to do what you have to do". That is why this establishment will only get one star due to the total lack of service we experienced fr the so called manager.

This place is a terrific place to eat, drink and meet with friends and make new ones. The menu is great; food is absolutely delicious and I highly recommend this place to everyone who enjoys a great meal at a good price.
