Latimer Garage

The owner is a mean and cranky old man. However, the location and rate are pretty good but you will have to deal with an obnoxious person and poor customer service.

DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!



I had been a monthly customer of this parking garage for over 1 year. I never missed a payment, nor was I ever a day late. I gave the workers gifts such as a coffee maker and a printer. After 1 year of parking, I forgot to leave my key in the car for the first time. After 45 minutes I returned to the garage to retrieve an item from the car only to be yelled at by one of the attendants for forgetting to leave my key. I was informed that there was a $10 charge, which other attendants told me they would never charge to a monthly customer. I instantly paid the $10 charge and went and brought the key right back.



When I returned with the key I went to the attendant to apologize for not leaving the key and when I did that, the attendant started screaming at me in front of a lot of other customers. The attendant got extremely heated and started walking towards me waving his arms. He then said that I am no longer welcome to park there and that I should take my business elsewhere. I don't understand why apologizing for not leaving my key in the car resulted in me being kicked out of the garage after a year.



I spoke with the owner of the garage who simply stood behind his employee and refused my business. I do not think that a business should be screaming at their loyal customers and kicking them out for 1 mistake that others make all the time. I am formally filing my complaint and do not think that anyone should give them any of their hard earned money.



No one deserves to be treated the way we were and then have the owner stand behind an employee that was clearly out of line.
