Koka Cardiology

Koka's manners, attitude, and his office staff is the most atrocious experience I've had in the medical industry.I took my fiance to an appt with Koka after he passed out while driving in November 2018.The ER docs suggested seeing a cardiologist to be safe.We mentioned a sleep study in January as that was the earliest appointment we could get.He alternatively suggested an in home test that he would send to us in 2 weeks. Months later his office staff said they never placed the order.We finally got the test in January, sent it back within 3 days, and waited for results.Several weeks went by until we called Koka's office and then they gave us the results. Koka said he'd place an order for a CPAP.July 2019 and we STILL have no CPAP.Every time we call the office there's a new excuse. At first it was insurance issues.Then Koka blamed it on the medical device company saying they are backed up.Now he's claiming that they can't get a hold of my fiance and his number's not working.Koka claimed that the medical device company and he have been calling since June 6th and could not get a hold of my fiance. Meanwhile, my fiance hasn't received any phone calls or voicemails. I asked Koka if he had the right number he said yes. Shortly after my fiance called him to figure out what was going on and asked him again if he had the right number. At this point Koka recited back a wrong number and fiance corrected him. Koka finally had the medical company contact fiance on the correct number. The company stated that their call logs reflect something different from Koka's claims. Furthermore, when Joe asked them which phone number they had, it was the wrong number for the past several months. In every conversation that I've had with Koka he has been demeaning, condescending, rude, and sarcastic. During one conversation, he suggested we were lower class and uneducated. These comments were in reference to my fiance becoming upset during one of the calls.
