AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Just yesterday I received shipment of my vehicle from Temo Transportation. Upon initial inspection, I noted a red paint scrape on the center of the front bumper of my Silver vehicle that was not previously there. My vehicle was loaded in the front position of a red trailer. It was apparent that either the driver bumped the trailer with the vehicle or it was not tied down correctly and during transport it made contact with the trailer. Regardless, when I made note of it on the bill of lading the driver became hostile. After swearing and trying to belittle the situation, he then tried to buy me off for $20. After refusing this and finally being able to sign the bill of lading, I hopped in my vehicle only to find the truck driver had taken my keys!! As I go up to his window and request my keys, he has taken the key off of the ring with the door lock/unlock transmitter and tries to only hand me the key. I then asked for my transmitter and his response was, "Oh you mean this? He held it out of the window of his truck and literally dropped it to the ground!" I have never met anyone or any company so disrespectful in my life. He acted as if it were my fault the truck had gotten scraped! I booked my transport through Beacon Shipping Logistics and apparently they subcontracted my order out to these people. Once again, Avoid Temo Transportation at all costs. Make sure you do not get subcontracted out to this company. It was literally a nightmare. I will be making a claim as well as reporting to the BBB.
