Lack compassion. My partial broke and they told me it was not a problem for me to go anywhere else. I wanted to see the doctor that took care of ordering the partial. I was late because of a tragic accident and they told me 15 min will upset the doctor's schedule. I needed to reschedule when I had death in the family and was told it would cost me $50 for the short notice. I actually liked my doctor...I guess I needed to get past the front desk.
