Francis funeral home is a family agency very indigenous to the southwest neighborhood. They extremely accommodating, provide help where needed. They care for look out for the entire neighborhood and I know this from personal experience. I have had family members funeralized their as well as I have known the entire family most of my life, as their business practice is consistent with how they have been raised. They streamlined the whole funeral arrangement process. The employees were polite, knowledgeable, professional and extremely patient with us. No surprises, no hidden fees and no pressure. We have used this funeral home for the last five funerals in our family without any complaints. All details were tended to from the transport of the deceased to the doves that were ordered to be released at the burial site. We have had traditional burial services as well as cremations. We highly recommend this funeral home to anyone in need of funeral arrangements. You will not be disappointed.
