        terrible service

        I had ordered flowers for my mother, to be delivered on Mother's Day. The flowers were NOT delivered on Mother's Day, despite the email confirmation I received confirming the order was accepted and would be delivered as requested. When the arrangement was delivered the following day, it was not what I had ordered. It was not even close or comparable. I was embarrassed at what was delivered to my mother. I paid good money for something I could have bought at the grocery store. Very dissatisfied with both the quality and professionalism.
