I stopped at First Class Auto Land on my way home from lunch ,to inquire about a Tune-Up and a new passenger side door for my 2001 Chevy Impala. I was told what was in stock and given information and left. No high pressure. After considering the price which was rock bottom,I put money down and had my car serviced. It was a pleasant experience unlike my past two experiences with my two previous mechanics. Sunny, the costumer sale representative was excellent and very understanding. I got new Toyota last year from these guys great condition with low mileage. About a year after I purchased the car, I heard noise from the gas tank. I called the shop (they have a shop attached to the car lot) they asked me to bring the car for inspection. They fixed it and didn't charge me a penny.

This is something I didn't expect them to do but when I purchase the car they told me "come back with any problem..."Thank you Ron and Sunny. I will be back.
