Dr. Elana McDonald, MD

Dr Mc Donald is great my daughter loves has been seeing her since she was born 15yrs ago. Ever since she has moved to Memphis st. the staff there has been nothing but a nightmare,everybody I know that goes there has the same complaint. THE STAFF they call and tell you the wrong appointment times and act like it's our fault, my daughter was sick we just couldn't go and see her like we use to when she was in fishtown when we personally knew the staff, then I have to tell them whats wrong and then they at their own pace give the doctor the info. I called for 3 days trying to reach Dr. McDonald.. Before she moved she would get right on the phone with you and make time for your child, once she gets the info. she calls you right away, but I take it when it comes to the staff her hands are tied!! So I would rate the doctor 5 stars, but the staff they all need to be fired...
