He listened and also took the other step of finding other resources to help me with my problem he was great

He seems knowledgeable and experienced. He doesn’t explain very much of what he is doing, he just gets down to it. Gives somewhat vague descriptions and explanations. However, he didn’t hesitate with the treatment, he knew what the next step was and implemented it rapidly. The nurse Julie was very helpful and sweet and addressed any concerns we had right away.
