THIS 'CENTER" FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!! AND MS SHAVONNA the "director", and petty money thief needs to know what the unemployment feels like. I was told by her directly "if you don't like how things are here you know you can find somewhere else to go." She is the most unprofessional, lousy, ghetto indivdual pretending to run an establishment I've ever encountered. She does not know how to talk to people,operate a business and has no respect! And that’s when she is actually in the building. DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS HOLE IN THE WALL. NO ONE IS EVER AT THE FRONT DESK AND the doors for entrance are constantly unsecured and sometimes even half opened giving access to all the creeps they have posted on their wall telling you to be aware of. Have a copay? Be prepared for SHAVONNA not to it log it in anywhere but her cheap pocketbook. All the children ever eat is cereal, no nutritious meals are given. No learning, no stucture , no potty training... I can go on and on. Children are snotty nosed, and undressed at pick up, and you'll hunt the building looking for their belongings. They're always over ratio especially in the morning 6:30am- 8:30am & evenings 5:30p-6:30p so expect for your little one to be in a room filled with children ranging in age 3 months to 12 years old during these times . The tiny ones are always in highchairs or left in their car seats.All kids are in one classroom with no more than 1 teacher throughout the day no matter the age group or amount of children in classroom. The children are mistreated no doubt and I think the owners have forgotten about the facility all together because no ones ever checks on them. I've called the general manger Bart Blum to report the happenings here 10+ times and all you ever get is his voicemail, no reply and his a** to kiss obviously. I, myself, ME will call the state over and over and over until THEY ARE SHUT DOWN BELIEVE ME!! I WILL NOT STOP! LITTLE CHILDRENS LIVES ARE AT RISK AND NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE UNTIL ITS TOO LATE.

One is the lowest rating so... Can’t speak for their other locations but their FRANKFORD is absolutely an unprofessional, unorganized center filled with unhappy underpaid workers who have no passion for children just a simple paycheck and the daycare “director” Ms. Shavonna is the ringleader of the circus. I will say though,the baby and toddler classroom have lovely teachers and that is the only positive aspect of the center. Constantly over ratio, forgetting picking up after school students, breakfast consisting of ONLY cereal, unsecured entrances, “mute” workers and I could go on forever but the word count isn’t enough. I’ve worked in childcare centers myself and never saw the type of happenings that come from the center. The general manager, owner and state needs to pay a visit and inspect, and I plan to make sure that occurs!
