A-1 Family Dental Care PC

This office has been by far the worst office I have ever been to in my life. I went early December in pain from a tooth they couldn't do anything because I was pregnant and so close to my due date which was understandable but they were suppose to send information to my insurance company to see if I would get approved for a root canal for after the baby had my baby call to schedule an appointment to get my tooth fixed since by now it's infected and making my glands so swollen well they told me they haven't heard from my insurance company even though it was three weeks since they sent paper work in said I need to call my insurance company so I did and they never received any paper work from them my insurance company tried calling over to them and gets sent to a voicemail. I wouldn't even give this office 1 star but of course you have to in order to write a review but the staff is ignorant and lazy and seem to have no idea on how to do their jobs correctly

RUN FAST!!! I took my 15 year old daughter there. They slipped with the drill and messed up her tooth to the extreme that she needed a root canal instead of a simple filling. and they actually laughed about it. I had to find another dentist to fix their errors They are sooo rude, they talk down to you and are very arrogant. I am talking from the doctors down to the receptionists. THE ENTIRE OFFICE IS A DISGRACE!!. right now I am in the middle of a law suit with them. STAY AWAY!! I ONLY GAVE THEM ONE STAR BECAUSE YOU HAD TO GIVE AT LEAST ONE TO POST A REVIEW... THEY DO NOT DESERVE THAT MUCH.

I wasn't comfortable with the dentist i had in the beginning but, then a ffriend told me to request Patricia. I did and I was so comfortable. She took the time to really pay attention to my needs and then fixd my cavity without a problem. If you use this dentist request Patricia she is best!

This dentist was very rude and arrogant! He had no compassion for me when I was in pain. He made rude remarks which I know were meant for me! And he hurt me! He put a hole in my gum!! Stay away!!!
