This place was terrible. Horrible customer service.

I was looking to give 0 stars but that doesn't seem to be an option. I do not recommend Highland Vision Care to even my enemies. I just went there and got glasses that I'm having trouble seeing out of. I went back just to make sure I got the right prescription (they do give the wrong one sometimes) and if it was the right prescription then I was seeking advice and what to expect on how to get used to them. You would have thought I was insulting their kid or something. God forbid I question the mighty Dr. Hobuss and his office manager (also his wife). He was VERY rude and condescending. If you go there and love it, then I'm happy you have not had the same terrible experience I did and I hope you don't. I have never been treated like that before and was very shocked to say the least. Nobody should be treated that way.
