Customer service is very friendly, but that's where it ends... We had our plant shutdown, 3 weeks, last week in June and the first 2 weeks in July. The change machine was down 17 of the 21 days! When I called, I was told how sorry they were, that they would send someone out to fix the problem. Of course, it's always the next day, because they don't have anyone on call, or if they did, we were not important enough to repair the problems right away. Contractors were very unhappy that they had to leave the property to get they're drinks and snacks. I work for a fairly large company in north east Austin, 1000 to 1300 employees. I work night shift, so, it's pretty important that the machines work. It's not like I can just run out to the store at 1am, and why should I have too! I guess today, enough was enough, as of today, July 24th, this same machine was down 24 of the last 30 days. They have a wide variety of snacks, both sweet and nutritious, in their machines, just have to bring your own change to get to them... I feel bad leaving only 1 star, but I think it was earned...
