Jim Sinclair joined Tim Bondy Physical Therapy in 2014. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2013 with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Jim is married to Rheann Bontrager and they have one son. He is experienced working with a variety of diagnostic conditions including orthopedics, balance training, autism, early intervention for developmental delayed conditions in children, stroke rehab, traumatic brain injuries, conditions with generalized weakness, tennis and golfer’s elbow, and many more. He has excellent interpersonal skills that patients quickly respond. In his spare time Jim enjoys hiking, mountain biking, various sporting activities and reading.

Physical therapy is the evaluation and treatment of various musculo-skeletal and neuromuscular conditions to relieve pain, tissue dysfunction and improve range of motion, strength, endurance and coordination in order to restore total body function. Physical therapists utilize hands on techniques as well as modalities of heat, cold, electrical stimulation, water-based treatment, ultrasound in order to facilitate tissue healing.

OMT is most often applied to orthopedics and sports medicine, but is equally beneficial to individuals of all ages. The physical therapists at Tim Bondy Physical Therapy have many years of experience practicing OMT with exceptional outcomes.

Treatment includes manual spinal traction, spinal facet mobilization, various massage and soft tissue techniques, peripheral joint mobilization, spinal and core active exercise, postural training, stretching and functional conditioning training, kinesio taping and individualized home exercise programs.
