        We had water in our basement in April. The company responded promptly and the men they sent out were fine. However, they decided that our brand new bound carpeting could not be saved and THREW IT AWAY BEFORE CONSULTING WITH US. I wanted to have it cleaned which is why I used a carpet cleaning business. Their charges were outrageous. I met with the owner who threatened to sue me and put a lien on my house if I did not pay the additional charges. The new owners are not professional in my opinion and I would NEVER recommend this company for any reason.

        I have used Bay Area Clean Car...

        I have used Bay Area Clean Care for carpet cleaning and for a basement flood in the past. They provided me with exceptional service during my flood and worked very well with my insurance company. Their carpet cleaning is top notch and I will never use another company for my carpet cleaning.
