Westover Commons Apartments

Rent is good but they go through front office staff often. They will not answer phone calls during business hours or return calls when you leave a message. When they do answer they are rude. You may even visit the office during business hours and no one will be there. Mold is a problem affecting the windows and some of the walls. The breezeway also has mold. Staircases are ragged so you must watch your step. Ice/snow will not be salted in the winter months, so be careful with that too.

I can not live here anymore. The office never pick up the phone and I have to drive from Sentry Woods to Westover Commons to get there attention. They lie and say they will fix things but never will and the office lady is very rude and disrespectful and during bussiness office have the doors lock for hours( which I don't get) The carpet is nasty and they donot clean before move in. They always do not want to communicate with tenants but quick to put notices on door if rent late. ANYBODY PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE.
