I wish I could give more stars because Dr. Pace is amazing! Loved him. Unfortunetly his office staff ruined my day and my visit. I called their office to make an appointment. I asked if they took my insurance. Natalie the receptionist says yes. She was as very helpful that day. I came in the day of my procedure and signed all of my insurance forms and turned them in. Had my root canal done and was leaving the chair fine and happy. When I got to the desk to check out I was told I owe money. I explained that my coverage was 100% and that was impossible. They couldn't explain why. Had no idea. So I called my insurance provider and they confirmed I was covered at 100%. While I was on the phone Natalie came back into the office and said "oh yea you're out of network!" I was so dumbfounded. I told her I called to check if they took my insurance. Her exact response was "no, you asked if we took your insurance and we do! We just aren't in network! She was so snide about it that it blew my mind. You could tell she knew exactly what she had done. 1. She knew why I was calling about insurance and 2. I should have been given a plan of treatment and the cost before I was ever treated. I have been to other placed where they let me know I am out of network before I am treated. When I asked Natalie why she didn't tell me her response was "well 80% is still good coverage. I didn't think it mattered." Needless to say I paid my fee and left in tears. I was going to just take it until I thought about it later. I had to call and cancel my next appointment for the crown because I couldn't afford it after paying for the root canal. When I told them what happened, they couldn't believe an office staff acted in that way. They suggested I call and talk to Dr. Pace. Of course they wouldn't let speak with him but told me they would look in to it. They never did. I wish I could refer people to dr. Pace but after the office treated me the way they did, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

I am not the type of person to write reviews but I felt compelled to today due to the quality service I received from this office yesterday. I needed emergency root canal and they took me right away. The office is beautiful and clean and the staff were very kind. Dental assistants were professional and very nice. I was in extreme pain and very nervous and I hadn't slept all night...Dr Pace was so wonderful and he makes you feel so at ease that I believe I fell asleep in the dental chair because I was so relaxed. If you are in need of an Endodontist I highly recommend this office.

PS they have TVs in the ceilings that you can watch during the procedure!
