        Professionalism

        Barnes Heating and Air came out to my house right away and the technician, Steve, connected my loose wires so I immediately had heat again. Then they moved my thermostat to a better location at a very affordable price. Would highly recommend this company and this tech.

        Overall

        The service is awful, being without heat/air condition for 4 days after paying $100 for someone to "fix" it is unacceptable and all Mr. Barnes himself has to say is " all I can say is sorry"
