The staff at Beacon Auto are so friendly. They helped me in every step of the repair process. They informed me that I didnt need to get 3 estimates. This saved me a lot of time. They said the insurance company would send someone to write an estimate for me. They also informed me that I didnt have to go to the body shop that the insurance company wanted to make me go to. I didnt know that they couldnt do that. They told me I could go where ever I wanted to take my car. I chose Beacon. They helped me get into a rental car while my car was being fixed. It was already a very stressful situation and they helped me every step of the way! When i got my car back it was like brand new. They said they guarantee their work for as long as I own the car!!! Great job Beacon. I will tell my friends about you!
