I've had too many problems since the general manager, Patrice, took over at this location. Prior to her, this was my rental store of choice. Now, after paying my first lease without her interference and no problems, I'm ready to give up on my current lease just 4 months in! The furniture is cheap and falling apart. Unfortunately, they can't get anyone to look at it for a week after my call. They were supposed to come yesterday. They didn't. They didn't call. I called, they said they'd call back. They didn't. I called this morning, Patrice hung up on me. I called back almost an hour later. She said, "I was just about to call you back!" I can't! It amuses me that they always know both our phone numbers when they want their lease payment! Oh, I complained on their website. No response. I'm not surprised of their employees are any indication of their corporation.

These people act like you came in and stole the stuff. If youre late a few days, they come banging not knocking on your door for like they're the SWAT team!! Now i know why these stores are in the ghetto areas only!! I guess they are used to people stealing instead of being late.. Times are hard so if a customer is late it shouldnt be assumed that we are thieves.. Never again
