This surgery is beneficial for many. Dr. Neal has performed more than 3,000 of these surgeries since 1987. FESS is used to improve many aspects of disease, including excruciating sinus headaches, chronic bad breath, inability to breathe out of one’s nose, chronic post-nasal drip and sore throats, poor sense of smell, constantly plugged sinuses, chronic sinusitis, intractable asthma, and nasal polyps. The procedure is performed endoscopically through the nostrils with the use of small instruments to help reduce recovery time. There is no bruising, and Dr. Neal routinely avoids nasal packing. Most patients will say that the pain from this procedure is generally less than the symptoms were before the procedure.
Ear Infections
This is the surgical removal of some lymphoid tissue similar to tonsils. Adenoids are in the very back of the nose where it becomes the throat. They can be removed for several reasons, including impaired breathing or chronic ear infections if the adenoids block the Eustachian tube openings.
Dr. Neal did his internship in general surgery at the University of California at San Diego from 1982 to 1983, and his residency there in head and neck surgery from 1983 to 1987. He is a clinical instructor at the Oregon Health Science Center in Portland and was on the faculty of The Art of Rhinoplasty Course in San Francisco, California for nearly two decades.
Ear Surgery
Middle ear surgery includes many different procedures, including repairing broken eardrums, repairing or replacing the hearing bones (hammer, anvil and stirrup), removing chronic infection or inflammatory disease from the mastoid cavity or inserting pressure-equalizing tubes to improve hearing.

Botox: Botox is used to smooth moderate to severe facial wrinkles temporarily. This requires no surgery and no recovery time. Improvement can be seen within days and will often last for up to four months.
Brow Lift
A forehead or brow lift is similar to a facelift because it removes excess skin that causes wrinkles. The procedure and results are local to only the area of the forehead and eyebrows. This is usually done in the office in conjunction with a QuickLift for practical economy but can be done by itself by a variety of methods. Consult with Dr. Neal for more details.
Eyelid Surgery
Liposuction
A full facelift removes excess skin that causes wrinkles and tightens the underlying tissues in the lower face and neck. This is also combined with liposuction, which results in tighter, smoother skin. S
Rhinoplasty
Chin implants are inserted under the skin and on the bony chin to provide a better balanced facial proportion. This is commonly used in conjunction with a rhinoplasty to balance the face when the nose seems too big for such a small chin.
Plastic Surgery
Face Lift
The QuickLift facelift is a minimally invasive procedure that can address visible signs of aging in the mid to lower region of the face. This procedure is ideal for men and women who want to look like themselves ― just more youthful, rested and refreshed. This can usually be done in the office with local anesthesia and oral sedation. Check out the QuickLift official website and Dr. Neal’s Before and After QuickLift results page.
Blepharoplasty
An eyelid tuck (blepharoplasty) involves removing excess eyelid skin. This can be cosmetic and functional. It is especially helpful with those who look tired all the time from bulging fat in the lower lids or drooping upper eyelids which hang down over the eye.
Nose Surgery
Otoplasty
Scar Revision
Scar revision can reduce the appearance of unsightly scars significantly. Every scar will need its own specific analysis.
Skin grafting involves borrowing skin from one part of the body to put it on another. This is usually done in conjunction with the removal of skin cancer or burns. Dr. Neal can perform local skin flaps and reconstruction ― typically without skin grafts.
Chemical Peels
Chemical Peels: We use organic acids to separate the top layer of skin from the underlying later. This will cause the top layer to peel off, revealing fresh, beautiful skin.
Skin Care
To refine skin and potentiate skin peels and daily skin care. Great for upcoming social events—weddings, parties, or other special events.
Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion: This procedure will remove the surface skin partially or completely by light abrasion from a rapidly moving fine substance ― our fine salts. Even as it works, the salt provides soothing and healing. We never use aluminum crystals.
There is no cure for being allergic. However, immunotherapy is the nearest medical science offers to a cure. While other forms of treatment may only suppress allergic reactions, immunotherapy can treat the underlying cause of allergic reactions by modulating your immune system. After going through testing for various substances, you will be vaccinated periodically with the allergen in ever-increasing dosages. This will help your immune system to respond according to the allergy, causing a milder and more easily controlled reaction.
