        Overall

        The inspection was done including an estimate for repairs that was very inaccurate and exaggerated that the contract fell through. Home inspectors are not contractors and should not incl repair estimates in their inspection reports. A lot of stress and lost time all because of the an inspector that takes on liabilities he should avoid. Let the experts provide both parties with an accurate estimate so fair negotiation can take place.
