Pines Dental Care

Unprofessional front desk...have had several problems with them not getting my appointment time correct. My son has a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, and the people who work there were not very understanding. The hygienist (Yari) is EXCELLENT - she's clean, thorough, and patient, but the office manager basically lied to me about not having sealants available for my son, when she could have just asked me not to bring him back if they are not equipped to handle him. My daughter tells me (after the fact) that while she was being X-ray'd the lady doing her X-rays was extremely rude to her. Why say you work with children, if you are going to be mean to them! Needless to say, we won't be back.
