Horrible customer service. The cashier gave such a nasty attitude when asked the simple question "are these fees standard?" Gave attitude without answering the questions and charged me $35 for a duplicate of a title that was never received. The state says this should have been free but once in the office they charged $35 because this place is privately.



Do not go there unless you like receiving attitudes and paying a lot more.
