Why can't a doctor hire decent staff. Everyone in that office is so rude! I brought my mother there and they treated her like a piece of meat. Their first question is NOT how are you, it is WHAT IS YOUR INSURANCE? Then they make you stand there and wait while they verify that they take it because all Julie (the office manager) cares about is your money. I asked if I could speak to the doctor a moment to discuss the situation about my mother before the exam to explain my mother's special needs. NOPE. They said the doctor does not speak to patients except during the appointment, where they can BILL you. Wow, how uncaring and cold. Where are the caring GI doctors at? My mother deserves better than this.



We ended up leaving before the doctor saw us. A place like that does not deserve your business. Currently I'm waiting for my appointment with Dr. Jeff Schneider, MD. I found him on www.healthgrades.com/physician/dr-jeff-schneider-2nvnl

There are other doctors too if you don't want to drive that much.
