This place is the worst, there office staff they do not know how to send the medication scripts to your pharmacy been waiting three days for them to call my med's in and every time I call them they wont put a supervisor on the phone it's pure incompetence. I will be finding a new doctor. if you are smart you will stay away from this place the bad comments are the truth.

My primary physician wanted me to get a second opinion from a psychiatrist regarding a medication I had requested. I made an appointment with Compass Health for July 7, 2015, asking for a visit with a psychiatrist. After an initial screening with a P.A. student,Imwas called into an office,assuming Dominique was the Psychiatric physician. I spoke with her for fifteen minutes,reiterating again that I was there for a second opinion regarding taking no a specific drug ,with a psychiatrist, as requested by my primary physician, Dr. Polner M.D.. Dominique never spoke up and said that she was a Nurse Practitioner and not a psychiatrist.



At checkout I had additional complaints about my RX and where they decided to send it to and not my desired drug store, PillBox. The following morning I had several phone call conversations with employees of Compass Health. I found Compass Health to be incompetent,devious,probably fraudulent. I suggest anyone looking for competent,honest healthcare , to shop elsewhere.

I have been trying to make an appointment for someone and I can never get anyone on the phone. I waited on hold the first time for over 20 minutes and I am on old now as we speak for 23 minutes and counting...ridiculous.

I am so delighted to have found Compass Health Systems, they are my one stop for quality health care. Thank you to everyone there!
